Biography

Elizabeth M. Lengyel is passionate about getting people juiced in their lives. As president of PeopleCoach, Inc., she has delivered customized career, leadership, and work/life development programs since 1999.

She is a trusted career coach to many clients, from part-time employees to high-level executives who thirst for career change or have been forced to make a change because of corporate restructuring.

As a highly skilled business consultant, she brings exceptional experience and expertise based on solid research and success principles to her unique and comprehensive programs.

An expert on careers and leadership, Elizabeth has been featured on The NewPL, Canada AM, Global News, CKCO TV, Roaring Women Radio, and 570 News Radio and in a feature article in Canada's national newspaper, The Globe and Mail. She brings a fresh perspective to diverse issues including careers that fit, work/life balance, change management practices, and implementing effective recruitment, retention, and engagement strategies.

A faculty member at Conestoga College in Waterloo, Ontario, Elizabeth has written numerous articles, is a frequent keynote speaker at local business meetings and national conferences, and is author of Getting Juiced About Your Life! How to Make Lasting Change Toward Work/Life Balance™.

Elizabeth is certified as an Executive Career Coach and is a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association, the International Association of Career Management Professionals, and The International Coach Federation. She was also an Adjunct Facilitator with the Graduate School of Coaching and a founding member of the International Association of Coaches. Her educational background includes human resources management, human resources development, and industrial-organizational psychology.

Elizabeth lives in southwestern Ontario with her husband, two sons, golden lab, and cat. A fitness advocate, Elizabeth strives to maintain a meaningful and balanced lifestyle.
